Gillian Rose
Gillian Rose joined Soho Moon in 2024 as Executive Producer. She is US-based and worked previously as a Senior Vice President in TV/Film Distribution for NBCUniversal in New York focused on the US market and international sales/pre-sales/co-productions.  From 2016-2019 she held a similar role for SKY and before that was Managing Director of PBS Distribution, based in Boston. She worked for PBS flagship station WNET and when she left, after 8 years, was Executive in Charge of Syndicated Programming (travel/music/lifestyle) and Head of Distribution. Her career began in London as a journalist writing about television and her work in the US has included Acquisitions and Co-Productions, Development and Production.
Gillian is a two-term Chair of BAFTA New York; is on the US Board of Radio Workshop, a South African based non-profit that trains young people in radio and podcasting across Sub-Saharan Africa (6,000+ trained so far), on the Advisory Board of the Alliance of Media, Culture and Arts and is President/Founder of The Rosemary Pencil Foundation, a non-profit that supports educational initiatives and scholarships in Malawi, Zimbabwe and Zambia.  She holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Malmo in Sweden.
Shane Murphy
Shane Murphy has a long track record of international experience as a co-producer and executive producer at Fremantle, Tiger Aspect and Granada. Shane launched AMC/Acorn’s first commissioned series Agatha Raisin and London Kills; most recently he was Head of Drama & Comedy at RTÉ, where his drama commissions included Hidden Assets and Kin
Other recent credits include: Dublin-set drama series Northern Lights from Deadpan Pictures for Lionsgate, TG4 and Streamz, written by and co-starring Stephen Jones; Sisters from Peer Pressure and Shaftesbury, starring Sarah Goldberg (Barry) and Susan Stanley for Crave, RTÉ and IFC and Smother from BBC Studios and Treasure Entertainment for UKTV and RTÉ, written by Kate O’Riordan. Shane joins Soho Moon as Consulting Executive Producer.
